The Abdominal-Sacral Massage Practitioner Courses can now be taken in two ways to provide more flexible training options:

3-day intensive
or
 individual 1-day modules

Who can take this course?
Practitioners of complementary therapies who hold a recognised qualification in anatomy & physiology and are insured to touch the whole body.

What will I learn?
This hands-on course will teach you how to safely perform the abdominal-sacral massage on yourself and your clients. On completion you will have:

  • a better understanding of where the abdominal organs are

  • how to massage the uterus to aid circulation and improve ligament restrictions

  • how to successfully massage both small and large intestines to aid digestion and elimination

  • how to massage and release tension in the sacrum and coccyx area

  • how to powerfully integrate deep tissue, visceral and acupressure techniques to facilitate successful and productive bodywork and aid emotional release for both men and women

Day 1 (Price £100 inc DVD) - MODULE 1
Review basic and abdominal A&P
Demonstration and practice self-help and uterine massage
Discuss uterine pathologies and contraindications

Day 2 (Price £100 inc DVD) - MODULE 2
Demonstration and practice small & large intestine massage
Discuss pathologies of digestive area and contraindications

Day 3 (£100) - MODULE 3
Demonstration and practice sacral/coccyx massage
Discuss pathologies and contraindications
Practice the complete massage

Optional Extra Practice days also available (£30)

Fees include all course material and comprehensive manual

Snacks & Lunch will be provided

Please note that courses will only run with a minimum of 2 participants, if your chosen course date is not held, you will be offered another date or a refund

COURSE DATES

On successful completion of all 3 days an Abdominal-Sacral Massage Practitioner's Certificate will be issued.

We are also offering a second Abdominal-Sacral Massage course in Essex. Clare Blake has been teaching my course in Australia. Now back in the UK, she will also offer additional workshops on fertility, using her expertise as a Naturopath and Billings Ovulation teacher. HOW TO PAY

Payments need to be made in advance in order to secure a place and can be made using Debit or Credit cards. On receipt of payment, the relevant course material will be emailed to you. If you wish to pay all 3 individual modules together, please use the 3-day Intensive option. Cheques are also accepted, please contact me for further details.
